Dr. Donald McCaig
Interim Senior Pastor | Church Consultant | Theologian

Don brings over 20 years of pastoral ministry experience and currently serves as the Interim Senior Pastor. His passion lies in helping churches grow healthier and stronger through revitalization, leadership development, and creating sustainable church systems. As a theologian, Don is committed to making the complex truths of Scripture simple and engaging, inspiring believers to live out their faith with confidence and joy.

In addition to his pastoral work, Don serves as a church consultant, guiding churches in financial structure and supporting leaders in personal financial stewardship. His unique blend of ministry and financial expertise allows him to help churches thrive both spiritually and practically.

Don holds a BA in Theology from Howard Payne University, an MTS in Preaching and an MDiv in Leadership from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. in Theology from Wycliffe School of Theology. He is currently pursuing a DMin in Leadership, Church Health, and Multiplication from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Don is passionate about leading the church to engage the culture with boldness, deepen their understanding of God’s Word, and become a light in the community.
